The primary requirement to be successful as a Scentsy Independent Consultant is to be willing to share and sell the Scentsy Wickless Candle products & consultant 
opportunity, with everyone. Most people love Scentsy because it’s unique, safe, smells amazing, looks stylish and is reasonably priced. Scentsy is not available in stores, and can only be purchased through an independent consultant. You can share via online or face to face social networking. We share and sell Scentsy in a variety of ways, including home parties, catalog parties, special events, (such as boutiques), but really, we mostly just share with everyone we come in contact with. It’s not difficult and it’s FUN. We like to hand out small samples of a popular scented wax, along with a flier or business card. We usually say something like, “have you ever heard of Scentsy” or “here’s a FREE sample.” That’s all it takes to break the ice and start a conversation. If you believe in the Scentsy products your prospective customer will instinctively feel it, and that makes the sale successful. In fact, believing in the products is the primary secret to successful sales.
There are no huge start up costs like you find with a traditional business. Scentsy has an amazing business plan in place, and has already provided a path for success, available to all new consultants. Branding and marketing pieces are already in place. Everything is ready and waiting for you to get started.
