The problem is, you probably won’t find them in the correct wattage at your local hardware or home improvement store. Sorry to hear you received your mid sized warmer with a broken bulb. On rare occasions that does happen, and Scentsy is happy to replace the bulb at no cost. Since you didn’t order the warmer through me, it’s best to contact the Independent Consultant that handled your purchase. If you don’t know or remember that person, we’ll be happy to send you a mid sized 20 watt light bulb at no cost.
